Dr. Esen Ercan Alp and Dr. Jiyong Zhao from Advanced Photon Source, Argonne National Laboratory, USA, Dr. Wei Xu from Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, were invited to visit MEDC/DICP on 14-17 August, 2014. During their visit, Alp presented a lecture with the title "Nuclear Resonant Scattering and Catalysis Research", Zhao presented a lecture with the title "Nuclear Resonant Scattering Using Synchrotron Radiation: An Extention of the Traditional Mössbauer Spectroscopy” and Xu presented a lecture with the title "Introduction to High Energy Photon Source of China” at the Laboratory of Catalysis & New Materials for Aerospace. These lectures were presided over by Prof. Junhu Wang. Visiting Professor Nagy Dénes Lajos from Hungary also attended their lectures.
